The countryside there was GORGEOUS!!
Our first stop there was Monkey Mountain. It was an awesome place, where you get to feed the monkeys popcorn, and see them up close & personal. It was too cool. Here are some pics of us there. The funniest part of the whole experience was when Caleb got slapped by a monkey! LOL When you feed the monkeys the popcorn, you are supposed to do it with an open hand. Well, Caleb being the aggressive little man he is, didn't do that. So monkey man showed him who's boss! LOL Caleb didn't cry at all, he just looked really insulted. I wish I would have had that on camera!
After Monkey Mountain, we walked into the actual city of Kintzheim, just to walk around a bit and see this beautiful little city. It was so quaint & perfect! We loved it.
And of course we had to find Une boulangerie (a French bakery) to have an eclair! Caleb was stoked!
And he dug right in!!
