Funnies, updates, and stuff.

This morning Caleb & I were eating cereal at the table while Ayden was still asleep. I was just about to finish up with mine, and when I'm at that point with the bowl, I drink the milk that is left by lifting the bowl up to my mouth. Caleb's seen me do this 100 times by now, but this morning he said, "Mom, we don't drink cereal, we eat it with a spoon, like this!" LOL It was so funny.

And I have to mention what he tells Darryl & I when we lay down with him before he falls asleep. He says to us, "We're the best buddies huh?" It's so sweet! And this morning he said that agani to me, except he said, Mommy, and Daddy, and Caleb, and Ayden are the best buddies, yep we are!" LOL it's so cute when he says stuff like that.

Ayden is soooo sweet. He's 17 months now and I LOVE this age. It's so fun. He's running after Caleb, but he's such a kind soul. But it's funny because if Caleb messes with him now, he'll hit him back, so at least he's not a pushover. LOL He says so many words, I wish I would have kept writing them down. I LOVE the way he says up. He goes, "UuuuppBBB" LOL

He loves his fisher price piggy bank, rocking horse, and Elmo vacuum. I'd say those are the biggest hits right now. But he'll play with ANYTHING. He was just by me getting kicks out of a paper airplane, he's such a little boy :)

There are so many days that I struggle with Caleb because he's not the best at sharing. He's getting better, but I cannot wait until he has some sunshine so he can get out of the house and not be so bored with all this snow we have. YUCK! There's a good 7 inches on the ground right now and it gets OLD to this Louisiana girl.

Well that's it for now. I still have to finish updating from Paris, but there's so much going on, it's insane. The boys & I leave in 5 weeks! Just crazy. I cannot believe it's that close. But for now I'm thinking about the date Darryl & I have tonight! I'm so excited to spend some quality time with my hubby without the kiddos for a little bit! :)
